The main season for Minecraft ESports wrapped up on April 8, with the team finishing strong. Composed of Tynce, Traxtyn, Maverick, Justin, and Chris, the team secured a spot in the playoffs, placing No. 13 in the nation with a 4–3 record in the High School ESports League (HSEL).
Their first playoff match will be against the third-seeded VHTPA Monarchs.
Despite the challenge ahead, the team remains confident. “We’re always adapting,” said Tynce. “With a few new tweaks in our strategy, we should be able to make it.” The team’s optimism is fueled by a recent success where they managed to win a round against the second-ranked team. “With our new strategy, I’m sure we could’ve outplayed them,” Tynce added.
The playoff match is scheduled for April 15. If they win, the team will advance to the quarterfinals.
