I love the Indian Scout Sixty Bobber in almost every way except for one part of the bike, but we’ll get to that in a bit. The engine, a 999cc 8v DOHC water-cooled V-twin, produces about 80 horsepower and about 66 ft. lbs of torque. This may not sound like much, but this bike weighs 550 pounds wet, allowing for a 0-60 time of about 3.7 seconds. This, paired with a wonderful 5-speed transmission, makes for a great ride. I have two small complaints about it, though: the stock seat and stock rear shocks are not great. Now, they’re not terrible, but I will definitely replace them. Overall, I give the Indian Scout Bobber Sixty a 9 out of 10. It’s a great bike, and I can’t wait to put a couple thousand more miles on this fine piece of machinery.
I plan on making a review for my other bike as well, so stay tuned for that later this week.
